SMS Program Terms
Wren, by Dube International, LLC. Last Updated: August 6, 2026
1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Wren is a phone-intake service operated by Dube International, LLC for non-emergency medical transportation providers. The Wren SMS program sends trip-related text messages: booking confirmations and pickup reminders to riders who booked by phone, and operational ride alerts to the transportation provider's own dispatch staff.
2. CONSENT
Riders opt in verbally during an inbound phone call to Wren while booking a ride; the assistant asks whether they would like text updates and the consent is recorded on the recorded call. Transportation provider dispatch staff opt in in writing during service onboarding. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service. Consent applies only to the Wren program described above and is not transferred to any other program.
The exact opt-in question asked on the call, after the ride details are confirmed, is:
“Would it be alright to text you updates about this trip? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.”
A clear verbal yes on the recorded call is the opt-in; anything else means no messages are sent.
3. FREQUENCY, RATES, OPT-OUT, AND HELP
Message frequency varies with your bookings and trip activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact privacy@dubeinternational.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. PRIVACY
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How mobile information is collected and handled is described in our Privacy Policy, including section 4A covering this SMS program.
