4A. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING (WREN PROGRAM)
Dube International operates Wren, a phone-intake and messaging service for non-emergency medical transportation providers. If you verbally agree during a call to receive text updates, we send messages related to your ride, such as booking confirmations and pickup reminders, and operational ride alerts to the transportation provider's own dispatch staff. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

5. DATA RETENTION
We store collected information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. Project briefs and related communications are typically retained for the duration of potential engagement and up to 5 years thereafter for business records purposes.

You may update, correct, or delete information by emailing privacy@dubeinternational.com. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
6.2 Communications
You may opt out of promotional communications by following instructions in those communications or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional communications about your projects or account.

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can choose to remove or reject cookies, but this may affect the functionality of our Services.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Services are not targeted to children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
